Terms And Conditions 

Terms and Conditions for SELL MY PHOTOCOPIER:

  1. Purchased Items: a. Only on very rare occasions, SELL MY PHOTOCOPIER will require photographs of the goods being offered. In 9 out of 10 cases, we only require the Model Number and location of the machine. b. Photocopiers must be out of contract with no money owing on them. c. Photocopiers must be a complete unit, with no stripped parts.

  2. Payments: a. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) before our drivers arrive. b. Depending on the state and location of the machine and unless SELL MY PHOTOCOPIER has previously purchased from you before, as a safety precaution to our drivers, cash payments cannot be made.

  3. Pick-ups: a. Prices quoted include all removal costs, subject to the following conditions: i. No stairs, unless previously discussed and agreed upon. ii. Easy removal access with no obstacles. b. If customers are not available at the agreed time for collection, a fee will be charged, or deducted from the payment of goods if the driver needs to return.c. If the photocopier can be dismantled (decommissioned) prior to our arrival, this will increase the amount offered, as we won't have to pay a technician to dismantle. It will also speed up the collection time for everyone involved.

  4. Drop-offs: a. If you would prefer to deliver the machine to one of our storage facilities Australia-wide, this will increase the amount payable to you. However, a week's prior notice will be required to ensure a smooth transaction.
